The word ′bootcamp′ has a lot of negative images - like yelling and calling people maggots, but Sgt Ken′s class is not like that at all! He gets me - how to motivate me - and that′s probably true for the other people in his class as well. I′ve already noticed changes in my body, my stomach already feels tighter and I′ve only gone a couple times. I was already working out on my own, but wasn′t pushing myself hard enough. I love the way I feel when I go. I can tell I have more energy when I go. And it′s also great having my workout already done with in the morning. AND I can tell that my metabolism has jumped considerably. Definitely I saw some immediate changes to my body after going to Sgt Ken′s bootcamp class. - MARYA S.
