I am hooked!!!!! The thought of becoming athletic is such a motivator. I have never pushed my body in this way before and it feels great (mostly that I can do it- I can do it!....I'm still in amazement). If you would have met me 4 months ago you would have not recognized me...I was a workaholic, 10 lbs heavier, that had not seen the gym for 2 years.
