sign up for boot camp
Signing up is easy! Here are the steps:
1- Fill out our PAR-Q.
2- Create an account on our Mindbody site (which will direct you to sign our waiver).
3- Email SGT Ken to set up your start date. Please be specific about which location, class and time would work best for you. We start new recruits on Monday′s and Wednesday′s. After reviewing your PAR-Q, we will confirm your start date via a personal (not automated) email.
4- Once you have logged in to our Mindbody site, go to the online store and click on "series and memberships". Next click on "New Recruit Appointments" and then make a purchase for $0 (Groupon Coupon holders will have a special receipt labeled with "Groupon Coupon"). A receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you. Please print the email and take it with you on your first day of class. This will let our instructors know that you have filled out our waiver online (then you won′t have to do it in person).
5- On your first day, arrive 10-15 minutes early.
We are located on the bottom floor to the right of the main building (as you look at the front door).
6- Following your two-day, free trial, log into your Mindbody account from our Web site. Click on "Retail" and then on "Contracts/Packages". Select the plan that best fits your needs. You can purchase one or two months or our ongoing monthly plan (Plan 3). Plan 3 is the best value.
Make sure to bring water and a towel. There is street parking and a small parking lot behind the building. Watch the parking signs and don′t leave anything in your car.
Note: Our free trial is for new recruits and for residents only and may not be extended or carried into a new week. The free trial may not be combined with any other offers (including Groupon). We do not take drop ins. People who drop in without a reservation will be asked to watch the class, they will not be able to participate.

what people are saying
My husband and I did the trial week for this boot camp since it's very close to our home and thus convenient in the mornings. I really enjoyed being pushed to the edge and to experience what I can and cannot do. The trainers, especially Bianca, were really knowledgeable and helpful, also with general tips on how to best treat soreness and what to eat. - A.D. (Yelp Review)
