START Fitness offers five classes per week at our Bush Street location. Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00-7:00AM. Although there are over 100 different lessons for our program, a typical week looks like the following:

Monday: Indoor class that focuses primarily on your upper body muscular strength and overall aerobic conditioning using body weight and resistance training with rubber tubing

Tuesday: Outdoor distance runs leave from the studio and take place outside throughout greater San Francisco (ranging from 2-5 miles over the course of the hour)

Wednesday: Indoor class exercises built on teamwork, obstacle courses, circuit fitness training, and partner-assisted exercises

Thursday: Outdoor interval and hill runs leave from the studio and take place outside throughout greater San Francisco (anything from Coit Tower to the Lyon Street stairs)

Friday: 30-minutes indoors, and 30-minutes outdoors jogging, running, or sprinting
