the start fitness® program provides a real life answer to the bottom line question, ´how do i get and then stay in shape?´


START Fitness classes utilize highly effective physical training techniques practiced by the U.S. military. Complete with body resistance and tubing exercises uniquely arranged to target specific muscle groups, you′ll burn 600-800 calories in 60-minutes! Our military-trained instructors will lead you through a series of heart-pounding military calisthenics, cadence calls, and fierce kickboxing drills, all to upbeat music.

Our program on Bush Street combines cardiovascular and strength training exercises in a regimented, five-days-a-week program from 0600-0700 (6a-7a) Monday through Friday. All classes are 60 minutes and the program is on-going. The program is complete with a fitness test every six months to measure your progress!
