SGT Ken is a gifted speaker, motivator and fitness guru. After attending his class, I walked away with a generous dose of inspiration and motivation and a more fiercely ignited passion. He provides a wealth of hands on practical skills, leadership skills and templates to run challenging but fun, dynamic Boot Camps to keep people motivated and coming back for more.
