Indoor class that focuses primarily on your upper body muscular strength and overall aerobic conditioning using body weight and resistance training with rubber tubing.
You'll burn fat, develop strength and stamina and raise your overall aerobic conditioning. Exercises include body weight exercises such as push-ups, flutter kicks, vertical leg crunches, and partner-assisted exercises, all designed to create muscle definition.
