Develop Stamina With Burst Training on Thursdays

Indoor and outdoor class with high-intensity aerobic conditioning (burst training).

You'll burn fat, develop strength and stamina. Run sprints while holding a weighted ball after you've already done body weight exercises including push-ups, squats, jumps and more. This class will take your aerobic conditioning to the next level.
